Growing a small fleet of mini-ex and skid steers. Tempted to standardise one hitch system even if it means adapters early on.

Standardise. Mixing DIN/ISO plates burns more money in idle time than any adapter savings.

Also standardise hydraulic couplers — nothing worse than half the tools needing a workshop carton of fittings.
