Looking at loaders under $80K. Some sit at 4k hours, others well past 10k with service history. For mid-size plant, when do hours start costing you more in downtime than the sticker saves?

Service history beats raw hours. A 9k-hour machine with documented hyd oil samples can outlast a neglected 4k-hour unit.

Budget a major service right after delivery if hours are high. Factor filters, pins/bushes, and undercarriage into the bid.
